This book was written by Arnold Bennett in England in 1909. He died in 1931, after an authoring career that produced 80 books. He was wildly popular back then, and with wisdom like this, you can see why:

Your happiness -- the elusive prize that you are all clutching for -- depends on that."

 

  • "... the chief beauty about the constant supply of time is that you cannot waste it in advance. You can turn over a new leaf every hour if you choose."

 

  • "... how do I begin?" My friend, you simply begin."

 

  • And my personal favorite: "Most people sleep themselves stupid."


And that brings us to the core philosophy of how to get more time ... the method by which you will find your "extra" one to three hours - every day, if you want it - or just every other day.
